Bachelorette Invitation How-To

You may recognize this bride as our very own planner, Louise! Having just come back to work from her bachelorette weekend, we thought it was only fitting to post this how-to today. We loved this playful design for her party invitations AND they are so easy to put together yourself. Below is a simple step-by-step of how to make your own invitation. Of course you can apply it to any event you are planning, from a shower, summer party, engagement party, etc. Hope you enjoy! Louise_BachThe tissue paper is just regular tissue paper found at any Target / craft / gift store. Match the tissue paper with your party colors to pull the theme together!Louise_Bach2Just one layer of tissue is all you need for each color layer.

Louise_Bach3Louise_Bach4Double-sided tape works best. Be sure to begin with the bottom layer and work up.

Louise_Bach6Again, double-sided tape worked for the top ribbon. Hot glue can also work but be careful not to burn through the paper! Give it a good smoothing press once it is laid out, then trim the edges if needed.

Louise_Bach8Louise did have a great time on her trip! We're all getting excited and counting down in the office for the big day...but if you are one of our current brides, do not worry because until then she is back hard at work!

Big thanks to Kelly of Spindle Photography for taking the photos!
