Laura Kathryn

We're lucky to be surrounded by so many great vendors and shops. Of course it's no secret that Laura Kathryn has been a great staple for having your next go-to party attire! Located in Crestline Village a few minutes away from our studio, we've been known to swing by there last minute when we just NEEDED a new little black dress for an up coming wedding! This time of year tends to be when lots of girls are getting engaged, which means showers and engagement parties during the week. We teamed up with the owner of Laura Kathryn to pull together a few looks that may make it a little easier to put together something cute for your next soirée!

I love how this outfit transitions from late summer to fall. The pants are part of the new Rachel Zoe line Laura Kathryn will be getting in! They are light and airy and will work well in the (still) hot weather. You can also pair it with a white or bold top since they are such a great neutral! Wear it to work and then all you have to bring is a little powder to freshen up before your party or out to drinks to celebrate your friends new engagement!Laura_Kathryn3

Another new line that just came in, Michelle Rhodes. They are easy to layer and mix with anything and can dress up an outfit without making it too stuffy. Buy them as bridesmaids gifts and give each girl a different saying!Laura_Kathryn4

You can never go wrong with a great maxi. This cobalt blue is bright but still pairs nicely with the navy patterned top. We like this for an outdoor shower or party. It's airy and loose but dressy enough to look put together.Laura_Kathryn5 Laura_Kathryn6

I just couldn't resist snapping a shot of this embellished linen top and silky shorts. This outfit is perfect if you are planning for our honeymoon!  If you're in the village, be sure to swing by and see other great finds at Laura Kathryn!
