Picks from a Pro
Some products I like from the cheapies on up. You can find some great stuff at CVS if you just know what to look for... A Pretty Cheek (#1 & #2) One thing that can go away in photographs are cheeks. It nice to get a rosy glowy cheek for your bridal look. NARS is famous for their Orgasm blush which is flattering on pretty much everyone, being a sheer peachy pink. For a more natural glow, I love creme cheeks. Paula Dorf's creme cheeks are nice. For a cherry red cheek (flattering in darker skin tones) I like Candy Apple and from a fun poppy pink cheek, Playmate is lovely. They look intense in the container but one - two dots on each cheek will do it. Then you blend blend blend with your fingers
Mascara (#3) I am really liking CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion. Though it may be inexpensive, it gets awards all the time in magazines like Allure and InStyle. I'm not a big waterproof mascara fan bc its so drying for the lashes. This is one nice because it's water resistant.
Face Touch-Ups (#4) MAC Blot Powder is very nice for those that get shiny. It doesn't apply alot of powder, just knocks down the shine. Great to have on hand for touchups before the ceremony and reception.
Hair Touch-Ups (#5 & #6) I like the Sebastian Shaper Brushable Spray or Loreal Elnett. Spray right past your hair, not directly on it to avod the matted down/crispy hair look. Or you can spray your hand lightly and then brush it lightly over your hair to help tame pesky flyaways.
EXTRA TIP! Purchase a gloss or lipstick you like pre wedding and your coordinator or maid of honor will keep it for you to make sure those lips don't lose their luster.

Weddings were an unexpected offshoot of her business as brides starting discovering her knack for natural, elegant, effortless looks. Maybe one of these days she'll make it official and put up a wedding site.
