Wedding Week Sweet
I know a lot of girls have a sweet tooth, but for me it's a little more, a running joke in our office, actually. So because I can't eat Dreamcakes cupcakes everyday, l'm always experimenting with new "healthy" versions of my favorites. With all of these weddings coming up I know there are a few brides out there feeling the same way! So for your Friday treat I thought I'd whip up a healthy version of one of my favorites. Best of all, it's so EASY! So when your mother / sister / bridesmaid / future mother-in-law wears on your last bit of patience, have something sweet to take off the edge that will still let you fit into your dress! (This recipe was adapted from our very own, multi-talented office manager Lauren, thank you!)
Healthy 3-Ingredient Fudgy Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients: • 1 package of low-fat brownie mix • 3/4 cupe of peanut butter chips • 1 16oz can of Pumpkin Puree
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray / grease a 9x9 or 9x13 baking pan (depending on how thick you like your brownies) Mix brownie mix and pumpkin puree. Stir in peanut butter chips. Pour mixture into pan and back for 24 minutes. Enjoy!
