L + R tie the knot

Libby and Ryan were married at The Cedars, a working cotton farm and grand, antebellum home in Belle Mina, Alabama, on May 19, 2012.

The Cedars had some great, really fun settings for photo ops. The Mule Barn was not only was a great backdrop for pics with a rustic feel, but also where an old Chevy truck in the most lovely shade of turquoise was parked.

The bride was very thoughtful in all the details she incorporated into her wedding day and was extremely adamant to use personal touches wherever she could. We decorated the guest tables with milk glass vases and antique blue mason jars passed down from the bride's grandmother and filled the 20 ft. dining table with sterling silver serving dishes borrowed from a cousin.

To further put their spin on the day, Ryan customized the groomsmen's attire by having Southern Proper  specially design bow-ties with tiny cotton bolls as a nod to the venue.

We designed a logo for Libby and Ryan that was used throughout their paper suite - the save the date, huggies, napkins, weekenders and programs were all adorned with their custom emblem. The actual wedding invitation and accompaniments were letterpressed in navy blue to pull everything together. Overall, the paper and branding of the event was very consistent from start to finish.

Perhaps most memorable moment of the entire day was when Libby's cousin, a recording artist in Nashville, TN, surprised everyone by singing "Crazy Love" for Ryan and Libby's first dance as a married couple.
